110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensor observed many cords and wires capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensor observed plastic bags and plastic coverings being used to cover toys as well as other suffocation hazards in the school age room, toddler room and bathroom.
